• Last year's tax return (if we don't already have it)
• W-2 forms
• Any 1099 Forms
• 1098 (mortgage) forms, including property tax info
• K-1 schedules from partnerships, S-Corps, etc
• List of Medical expenses
• Chartitable contributions
• Dependant (children) info (SSN, DOB)
• Settlement statements (purchase, sale refinance of home or real estate)
• Educational tuition or fees
• IRA or 401K contributions or withdrawals
• Qualified Educator expenses (if you are a teacher)
• Stock or investment trade info (dates and amounts of purchases and sales)
• Anything you think we might need!

 If you have a business, farm or rental property:

• Income received 
• Any expense pertinent to the business or income
• Milage (business use of vehicles)
• Home office information
