- Chartitable contributions
- Dependant (children) info (SSN, DOB)
- Settlement
statements (purchase, sale refinance of home or real estate)
- Educational
tuition or fees
- IRA or 401K contributions or withdrawals
- Qualified Educator expenses (if you are a teacher)
- Stock or investment trade info (dates and amounts of purchases and sales)
- Anything you think we might need!
